They cultivate their own organic fruits and vegetables and produce their own olive oil, used in the restaurant — reflecting a philosophy deeply rooted in the territory and gastronomic excellence. Inside its beautiful, labyrinthine buildings, guests can immerse themselves in reading by the fireplace, play chess or piano, and enjoy an intimate, timeless atmosphere. At night, the terrace invites guests to admire a starry sky of exceptional clarity.
