**Job Description** At Punt Roma, we are currently seeking a Second Store Manager for our store located in Huesca. With over 500 sales points worldwide, Punt Roma is a leader in the women’s fashion market. **Your main responsibilities will include:** * Supporting the Store Manager in the daily operations of the store. * Ensuring excellent customer service and a high-quality shopping experience. * Collaborating in the coordination, motivation, and development of the store team. * Contributing to achieving commercial objectives and monitoring sales performance indicators (KPIs). * Assisting in scheduling staff shifts, managing vacation requests, and distributing tasks among team members. * Supervising the proper functioning of the store and ensuring compliance with company procedures and standards. * Assuming operational management of the store in the absence of the Store Manager. * Actively participating in restocking, visual merchandising, stock control, and other tasks inherent to retail operations. * Fostering a positive work environment and promoting collaboration among team members. * Driving customer loyalty and contributing to sales growth. **Requirements:** * Minimum 3 years of experience in positions of responsibility within the retail sector. * Strong customer orientation and results-driven mindset. * Experience coordinating and supporting work teams. * Organizational skills and ability to manage priorities effectively. * Communication, leadership, and incident resolution skills. * Proactive attitude, initiative, and capacity to work autonomously. **We offer:** * Joining an established retail company. * Indefinite-term full-time contract (40 hours per week). * Initial training and on-the-job mentoring. * Opportunities for professional development and career growth. * A dynamic, collaborative, and people-oriented work environment. * Employee benefits.
