Participation in continuous improvement and digitalization projects. **Description:** ---------------- **Burger King continues to grow!** We are looking for a Maintenance Coordinator for our Northern restaurants to join a solid and rapidly expanding company. **This person will primarily perform the following responsibilities:** * Provide strategic advisory to Management regarding their functional area. * Design and implement preventive and predictive maintenance strategies to optimize asset performance, reduce downtime, and maximize operational efficiency. * Participate in continuous improvement projects within the maintenance area, identifying opportunities for automation and digitalization to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs. * Collaborate closely with suppliers and contractors to ensure the quality of maintenance services, negotiate contracts, and supervise compliance with agreed terms. * Manage technicians and suppliers, promoting learning and professional development to stay current with the latest trends and advancements in maintenance. * Monitor the volume of corrective incidents. * Ensure that the volume of incidents is resolved correctly and on time. * Analyze the root causes generating incidents. * Ensure production continuity and efficient utilization of operational resources. * Guarantee proper functioning of machinery. * Perform machinery maintenance as required. * Monitor the volume of required corrective incidents with the objective of resolving them and preventing recurrence. **Minimum Requirements:** To carry out these responsibilities, you must have: Minimum 3 years’ experience in similar positions.
