As a Sales Advisor, you’ll be at the heart of the action, helping customers find shoes they’ll love. The Role In many ways, you’ll be the face of Clarks, welcoming people into the store. You’ll build trust with customers by asking questions about what they’re looking for. Then you’ll deliver outstanding advice to instill confidence and close the sale, suggesting accessories when appropriate. In short, you’ll play an active role in every stage of the end-to-end sales process. Thanks to our first-class training — including coaching, observations, and product knowledge — you’ll have the tools needed to meet targets and performance standards, and to give your very best. You’ll also actively contribute to maintaining store tidiness and cleanliness, as well as supporting activities in the stockroom. This new store is located at Fashion Outlet Barakaldo. About You You enjoy working with people and thrive in a team environment, and you love customer interaction. You’re at your best on the sales floor, actively participating in the commercial process. Your natural intuition for dealing with people enables you to know precisely when to make suggestions — and when to let the customer decide. An interest in fashion and footwear is essential, but it’s equally important that you can represent and promote the Clarks brand. As a brand ambassador, you champion our products and take pride in being part of a respected global name. Prior experience in a similar role will be valued, as will flexibility regarding working hours.
