Responsibilities: * Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by mastering all products offered and collaborating with teammates to deliver outstanding sales service * Deliver sales, an excellent customer experience, and meet operational expectations * Maintain personal and productivity goals * Connect effectively with all customers by asking open-ended questions to assess their needs * Ability to learn and share product knowledge and trends to align with customer needs * Stay informed and knowledgeable about all products, and keep up-to-date with current and upcoming trends and products * Contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment Qualifications: * Zero to three years of retail experience * Personal confidence and comfort engaging with customers to deliver an enhanced experience * Motivated to achieve outstanding results through personal enthusiasm for customer interaction and sportswear products * Initiate tasks or activities independently, without supervision * Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
