At Ormazabal, you will find a space to design your future—and that of the rest of the world. **JOB DESCRIPTION** Ormazabal seeks to hire a person for its logistics team, with the following responsibilities: **Responsibilities:** * RECEIVING + Receiving materials and verifying received items against delivery notes. + Registering received materials and placing them in their designated physical and system locations (BAAN). + Raising claims in case of discrepancies between ordered and delivered items from suppliers. + Completing the corresponding form and preparing materials for return—either due to defects or for repair. * INVENTORY + Conducting daily random inventories of suppliers delivering daily. + Requesting ordered items (as listed in the IT system) from the direct supervisor or procurement department to prevent production disruptions. * PICKING + Picking materials required for production according to manufacturing orders. * DISTRIBUTION + Supplying assembly lines with materials needed to manufacture scheduled projects. + In case of failure of the automated delivery system (AGV), manually transporting CUs to production lines. * GENERAL + Participating in daily team meetings to identify actions resolving or preventing incidents (actual or potential). + Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and protective measures for personnel, facilities, and work tools. **REQUIREMENTS** * **Mandatory Education:** Degree or qualification obtained less than three years prior to the contract signing date: + Full Professional Certification in Auxiliary Warehouse Activities (COML0110\) + Full Professional Certification in Warehouse Organization and Management (COML0309\) * **Knowledge:** BAAN system, warehouse operations, forklift operation, pallet truck handling, etc. * **Competencies:** + Attention to detail: Focusing carefully on tasks to ensure high-quality outcomes. + Teamwork: Working on a production line alongside others, where individual activities impact those of colleagues. Maintaining a positive work environment is essential. + Leadership: Understood as taking ownership and initiative in one’s daily responsibilities. * **Other Mandatory Requirements:** + Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle for commuting to the workplace. + Availability to work rotating shifts. + Availability to start employment within less than one month (valid work permit required). + Proficiency in operating forklifts (Fenwick/Linde type). **CONDITIONS** * Contract through the company. * Company collective agreement. * Rotating schedule: Morning, afternoon, and night shifts on a weekly basis, Monday to Friday. * Fixed payroll payment calendar and punctual salary disbursement. * Company mobile application. * Positive work environment.
