They not only support clinical tasks but also foster a safe, supportive environment where each patient feels respected and cared for. **What you’ll achieve:** As a **Nursing Assistant**, you will play a key role in supporting dialysis care for patients with chronic kidney disease. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team, assist patients throughout their treatment process, and help uphold the highest standards of hygiene and safety—making a real difference every day. **Your responsibilities will include, among others:** * Accompanying the patient from arrival at the clinic, assisting them during their stay, monitoring their general condition and any changes since their last dialysis session, and supporting transfers for dependent patients. * Providing all necessary patient care in accordance with corporate protocols, as well as monitoring and recording the patient’s temperature and weight at the start and end of dialysis. * Supporting the nursing team in administering prescribed medications, and in carrying out dialysis treatments according to defined prescriptions, current procedures, and operational guidelines—ensuring proper patient service. * Reporting any abnormalities detected in patients and/or in the monitor or disposable materials used for dialysis treatment. * Checking and preparing monitors and other materials prior to hemodialysis, following internal instructions and protocols, and verifying each patient’s medical prescription. **Take the first step toward a career that truly matters.** At Fresenius Medical Care, every team member plays a vital role in improving the lives of patients with chronic kidney disease.
