You will be responsible for food and beverage service and sales across various outlets and Room Service, ensuring professional, high-quality service and guest satisfaction in accordance with established protocols and standards. Continuous training: we invest in and promote your talent. **Your typical day will sound like this…** Support and supervision: Carry out customer service functions across various outlets and Room Service according to established protocols for each. Ensure achievement of departmental objectives, as well as compliance with critical processes and service execution in line with hotel-established standards. Assist in preparing work areas for service, including electronic devices to be used and disconnecting them upon completion. Review and verify that orders received at outlets match delivery notes and original orders. Assist in setting up and preparing special events, coordinating with the responsible person. Execution and follow-up: Greet, accompany, advise, and bid farewell to guests. Inform and advise guests about the various products offered. Take orders and deliver requested items to guests. Process billing and collect payments from guests. Assist in setting up and arranging tables for service according to the manual and protocols established by Fuerte Group for each case, verifying that all elements meet required standards. Assist in setting up and dismantling buffets, as well as serving at them. Store received products and/or materials in designated areas and assist in restocking them. Control and quality: Monitor and inspect materials required to properly perform job duties. Conduct stock availability checks. Comply with organizational standards regarding quality, safety and health, environmental protection, and data protection. **Requirements:** --------------- **REQUIREMENTS** Vocational Training (FP) at Medium or Higher Level in Food and Beverage Services, Restaurant Management, or similar. Minimum 1 year of experience as a Waiter/Waitress Assistant in a 4\* or higher-rated hotel. English, Level A2; German, Level A1\.
