At **Serunion**, a collective catering company with over 30 years of experience in the sector, we are seeking a **Weekend Relief Cook** to support our network of centers. If you have kitchen experience, strong organizational skills, and flexibility to travel when required, this opportunity may be a great fit for you. **We offer:** * Full weekend working schedule. * Schedule: intensive 11 hours/day. * Salary according to the Collective Agreement for Catering Services. * Temporary contract. * Opportunity to work within a collaborative and dynamic team. * The chance to join a leading company that values and rewards its employees’ effort and dedication: continuous training plan, social benefits, professional development. **What does being on weekend standby entail?** * The candidate must remain available and reachable throughout the weekend in case of an emergency at any of our centers. * Must be prepared to travel and cover service in the event of an unexpected absence of a colleague. * Centers may be located in Lleida city or up to 50 km away. * A valid driver’s license and personal vehicle are mandatory. * Weekend shifts are typically long shifts from 7:00 to 21:00 (with legally mandated breaks). **Responsibilities:** * Prepare meals, ensure compliance with defined menus and technical sheets, and implement good practices. * Prepare standard and adapted menus/diets. Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure proper organization and workflow. * Ensure compliance with food hygiene and safety regulations – APPCC recordkeeping. * Perform cleaning and maintenance tasks in the work area, and monitor the use of machinery, materials, and equipment. * Train new team members on cooking practices and company procedures. **We want your experience to be agile, clear, and human-centered.
