### **Job description**
The Site Administrative Employee is responsible for all administrative tasks within the site.
Key responsibilities:
Assist the Site Director in the administrative management of the site, in close collaboration with HR, IT, and Accounting departments.
Manage and oversee administrative tasks with customers and suppliers (calls, scheduling meetings, purchase orders, invoices, payment reminders, etc.).
Support HR operations (reporting workplace accidents, tracking medical examinations, temporary contracts, etc.).
### **Applicant's profile**
Site administrative management and its activities
Assist the site manager in managing non-production suppliers, approving invoices from non-subcontracted suppliers under the site manager’s responsibility
Ensure administrative follow-up of damages (vehicles and goods): data collection, preparation of reports for insurance companies, and case resolution tracking
Under the site manager’s responsibility, ensure general periodic inspections and monitoring of works at sites
Manage issuance of planning permits, fuel cards, highway toll cards, mobile and landline telephony (in some sites, this task may be delegated to the production controller)
Maintain contact with the IT department to manage IT assets
Manage site and customer security protocols
Assist the Site Manager in the site’s administrative management, working closely with HR, IT, and Accounting
Manage and supervise administrative tasks with customers and suppliers (calls, meetings, orders, invoices, reminders, etc.)
Assist in HR management (reporting workplace accidents, tracking medical examinations, temporary contracts, etc.)
Organize travel and prepare expense requests
HR management
Support HR operations (reporting workplace accidents, tracking medical examinations, temporary contracts, etc.)
Ensure liaison between site personnel and HR management regarding employment contracts and benefits systems
Introduce the social policy to non-executive new hires (health insurance, employee savings plans, benefits system)
