We are looking for a maintenance technician to join our commercial sector company in Torrefarrera. The position is full-time, with a 40-hour weekly schedule from Monday to Friday, split shifts between 08:00 and 18:00, including legally mandated breaks. Responsibilities include performing preventive maintenance on equipment and facilities to avoid breakdowns; diagnosing and repairing electrical, mechanical, plumbing, or HVAC issues; and supervising the general condition of the building (doors, windows, flooring, and lighting). Additionally, alerts and incidents are managed by recording interventions and resolution times; minor works and improvements are carried out—such as painting, furniture assembly, or basic repairs; and external suppliers are coordinated for specialized services such as elevators or security. Furthermore, compliance with safety regulations, occupational risk prevention, and environmental standards must be ensured, along with other duties inherent to the role. * Minimum one year of experience in a similar workplace. * We seek a person who enjoys electrical repairs. * Plumbing experience is desirable. * Residence near the workplace is desirable. * Training in Electricity, Plumbing, or related fields.
