Job Summary: We are seeking a Pattern Maker & Fit Tech to join our Product team, focused on pattern creation and maintenance, technical garment review, and grading supervision. Key Responsibilities: 1. Creation and maintenance of measurement tables. 2. Technical review of garments and participation in fitting sessions. 3. We operate in over 40 countries and continue striving to grow: www.siroko.com We are looking for a **Pattern Maker \& Fit Tech** to join our **Product** team. **What will your responsibilities/tasks be?** * Creation and maintenance of measurement tables, ensuring consistency among design, pattern, and final garment. * Technical review of garments across various development stages, ensuring correct interpretation of technical specifications and evaluating construction quality and finishes. * Participation in fitting sessions, analyzing fit and proportions. * Supervision of grading, ensuring consistent fit across all sizes. * Preparation of quality reports and communication with the buyer, including observations and improvement proposals. ➡️ **What do we expect from you?** * Degree in Fashion and Textile Design, Pattern Making and Garment Construction, or a related field. * Prior professional experience in the textile industry, performing duties related to product development, pattern making, or fitting. * Knowledge of pattern making and garment construction. * Technical English proficiency, Excel, and Illustrator skills. * Strong eagerness to learn from teammates. * Ability to analyze technical problems and propose solutions. * Familiarity with Gerber would be a plus :) **What do we offer?** Permanent full-time contract. Work mode: Hybrid. * Flexible working hours every day of the year, with entry window between 08:00 and 10:00. Continuous workday every Friday throughout the year, as well as during July and August. ️ 22 working days of vacation. A birthday holiday (if it falls on a weekend or public holiday, it may be moved to the nearest preceding or following working day). In-house English classes.
