**About the Role**
The technician is responsible for the maintenance activities defined in production / Work Unit. The technician maintains machines based on the concept of preventive and predictive maintenance. They are responsible for troubleshooting technical issues and resolving them using the DDS approach and root cause analysis.

**Job Responsibilities**
* Acts as a role model for safety.
* Responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting technology within their area of responsibility.
* Works toward zero breakdowns and a zero-stoppage mindset, and reduces maintenance costs—including reducing working capital for spare parts in the area.
* Specifically oversees maintenance measures such as breakdowns, and maintains a strong service-department mindset toward operations/other departments.
* Works with standards and ensures the team adheres to them (safety, quality, CL, CIL, etc.) and secures availability of standard technical documentation.
* Works safely with expert maintenance tools (SAP\-PM, SOPs) and trains teams.
* Conducts high-quality root cause analysis for technical and process-related issues.
Supports, suggests, and implements improvements (e.g., safety, technology, processes) and ensures legal compliance in maintenance work.

**Who You Are**
Higher vocational education qualification in electricity, electronics, or mechatronics.
