Job Summary: We are seeking a Warehouse Manager to supervise inventory, manage orders, and ensure operational efficiency in Constantí. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive stock and supplier order management. 2. Maintenance of warehouse order and cleanliness. 3. Material control and support in inventory planning. We are currently looking to hire a Warehouse Manager for our workshop in Constantí. What will you do?: * Purchase orders: Place orders with suppliers following internal procedures and ensuring full process traceability. * Stock management: Monitor warehouse inventory to guarantee availability and proper storage conditions, optimizing storage layout according to planning requirements. * Order and cleanliness: Maintain warehouse order and cleanliness to enable efficient material usage and compliance during audits. * Stock updates: Record stock levels in the system and allocate them to maintenance orders for cost control. * Safety: Comply with prevention, quality, and environmental standards as defined by group protocols. * Operational tasks: Participate in required operational activities, ensuring quality and adherence to deadlines. * Order tracking: Create and monitor orders, reporting delivery dates, changes, or delays to relevant teams. * Material control: Track and locate all materials at the Constantí facility. * Stock planning: Enter safety stock levels and reorder points into SAP; support inventory planning activities. * Audits: Conduct inventory checks to meet internal and external audit requirements. * Stock review at other sites: Periodically verify stock levels at external sites and ATV locations. Requirements: * University degree in Business Administration (ADE) or equivalent. * Experience managing teams. * Leadership skills. * Valid driver's license.
