Hellooo! We’re looking for new talent to join our development department — specifically for the Digital Patternmaker position!
We’re still growing and want you to be part of our story! Since our founder R. launched this adventure with the idea of creating clothes for young women — stylish, bold, and ready to conquer the world — we’ve never stopped evolving.
At THE\-ARE, we dream big and grow even bigger. From a small workshop in Valencia to a team of over 10 people, 42 physical stores, and an unstoppable community of over 500k followers. Our garments have won over top influencers and even Princess Sofía herself — and we continue designing with the same passion as on day one.
So far, we’ve worked to bring our collections to every corner of Spain, but since we know no limits, as of 2025 we’re also present in Portugal — with international expansion on the horizon.
If fashion excites you, if you love challenges, and if you enjoy working collaboratively to make things happen, this is your place.
Are you ready to become part of THE\-ARE’s story?
