DESCRIPTION ### **Production Operator\-Drying Facility** At Temporal Quality, specialists in delivering success opportunities to individuals and companies, we are seeking to immediately hire two production operators for a drying facility on behalf of our leading client in the sector located in the Albentosa area. ### **Your Mission:** Participate in the various stages of the drying facility's production process, ensuring proper product handling and compliance with the company's established standards for quality, food safety, traceability, and risk prevention. ### **Key Responsibilities** * Receiving, inspecting, and sorting products during unloading. * Identifying and reporting potential incidents or defects. * Product labeling and traceability control. * Feeding production lines and following work procedures. * Participating in salting, washing, buttering, and dispatch processes. * Preparing and conditioning products for different production stages. * Visual quality control and compliance with food safety regulations. * Recording data and incidents related to the production process. * Maintaining order, cleanliness, and proper use of tools and equipment. * Compliance with quality, food safety, and occupational risk prevention standards. ### **Requirements:** * Ability to perform physical labor and sustain production rhythms. * Responsibility and commitment to quality and food safety. * Ability to follow work procedures and standards. * Prior experience in industrial production or the food industry. * Forklift operator license (not mandatory). ### **We Offer:** * Salary of 12 € gross/hour. * Fixed morning shift, from 06:00 to 14:00, Monday to Friday. * Temporary contract from August to September, to reinforce the production campaign, with a real possibility of continuity upon completion of the temporary contract, subject to performance and production needs. * Integration into an established, experienced team. * Work environment focused on quality, food safety, and continuous improvement.
