Job Summary: We are seeking First-Class Formworkers to carry out formwork tasks on high-end residential construction projects, including assembly, dismantling, reinforcement placement, and support during concrete pouring. Key Responsibilities: 1. Execution of formwork tasks on residential construction projects 2. Assembly and dismantling of formwork (traditional and/or modular systems) 3. Basic interpretation of drawings and setting-out A construction company specializing in high-end single-family homes, headquartered in Banyoles with active projects in Girona and Barcelona, is recruiting 3 First-Class Formworkers for immediate incorporation. Execution of formwork tasks on residential construction projects. Assembly and dismantling of formwork (traditional and/or modular systems). Reinforcement placement and support during concrete pouring. Basic interpretation of drawings and setting-out. Coordination with the site supervisor and other site team members. Compliance with safety and quality standards. * Minimum 2 years’ experience. Minimum 3 years’ experience as a First-Class Formworker on residential building projects, preferably on high-end single-family homes. Experience in assembling and dismantling traditional and modular formwork systems, reinforcement placement, and collaboration in concrete pouring operations. Ability to interpret basic drawings and perform setting-out, execute work within precision tolerances, and coordinate with the site supervisor and other trades. Knowledge of foundation and structural processes, quality control during execution, and strict compliance with occupational health and safety regulations (PRL) on site. Experience coordinating with rebar teams and concrete pouring crews, controlling levels and alignments, and executing work to quality standards on residential projects. Additional training in PRL specific to formwork and working at height. Ability to work in an organized manner, deliver precise finishes, and demonstrate versatility by supporting other construction phases. Experience on quality residential construction projects. * COMPLETED PRIMARY EDUCATION * Competencies / Knowledge: Proficiency in various formwork systems (traditional and modular), ability to read basic drawings and perform setting-out, and knowledge of reinforced concrete foundation and structural processes will be valued. Candidates must be responsible, precise, and capable of teamwork. Familiarity with diverse formwork systems. Commitment, organization, and orientation toward high-quality work. * Availability of personal vehicle * Indefinite-term employment contract * Full-time schedule * Gross monthly salary ranging from '2200' to '2600' * Additional relevant information: Full-time schedule Monday to Friday. Standard working hours on site: 08:00–13:00 and 14:00–17:00\. Possible adjustments according to site requirements or weather conditions. Immediate incorporation offered.
