Job Summary: We are seeking a Section Manager to lead a team of leather goods artisans in our Girona Atelier, ensuring achievement of production targets and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead a team of leather goods artisans and supervise the production process. 2. Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations. 3. Propose and implement improvement actions and ensure quality. ### **Position** Join the Production team of one of our Girona Ateliers as Section Manager, where your challenge will be to lead a team of leather goods artisans while guaranteeing achievement of production targets. ### **Job responsibilities** * Lead your team, ensuring their cross-functional competency development. * Supervise the production process within your section. * Coordinate and collaborate with involved departments (Safety, Quality, Continuous Improvement, etc.) to implement necessary actions ensuring smooth production operations. * Monitor production KPIs and adherence to the production plan. * Propose and implement improvement actions to achieve production targets for your lines. * Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. * Participate in the setup of new production lines. ### **Profile** * You have over 3 years’ experience managing teams in industrial environments. * You hold a university degree in Industrial Engineering, Industrial Organization, or a field closely related to industrial engineering. * You speak French and/or English. ### **Recruitment process** * **Take the first step:** Express your interest and request *feedback* from your manager. * **Initial assessment:** Once you submit your CV, the Talent team will review your application.
