Summary: We are seeking an ADER agent / parking zone controller to ensure the proper functioning of the blue zone, provide support and information to users, and resolve daily incidents. No prior experience required Grup Mifas is looking for 2 ADER Agents / Blue Zone Parking Controllers for the summer. Your main responsibilities will be to ensure the proper functioning of the blue zone in LLORET, provide support and information to users, and resolve daily incidents. Surveillance and control: Monitor vehicles parked in regulated zones of Lloret. Public service: Inform, guide, and deliver high-quality service to clients and users of the zone. Incident resolution: Provide support and guidance regarding complaint cancellations and the use of parking meters or mobile applications. * Catalan (spoken: advanced, written: advanced) * Spanish (spoken: advanced, written: advanced) * English (spoken: intermediate, written: intermediate) * French (spoken: intermediate, written: intermediate) * Competencies / knowledge: WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR? (PROFILE REQUIREMENTS) Disability certificate of 33% or higher (preferred) Driving license B and personal vehicle for commuting to work Physical fitness: Ability to work outdoors on foot, walking long distances during working hours. Service orientation: Strong communication skills, self-control, and ability to handle pressure or possible user complaints in a friendly and assertive manner. Languages: Proficiency in Catalan and Spanish (spoken and written). Knowledge of a third language (English and/or French) is highly valued. IT skills: User-level proficiency in office software and basic knowledge of ICT (daily use of PDA devices). Other: Flexibility, adaptability, and ability to work in a team. (WORKING CONDITIONS) Salary: €2,054.96 gross per month (paid in 12 installments). Contract type: Temporary contract for the summer campaign (starting immediately until 30/09/2026\). Working hours: Full-time. Schedule and shifts: A 4-2 rotation from Monday to Sunday. SCHEDULE (full-time): 10-18h and 16-24h (two days from 10-18h, followed by two days from 16-24h), plus two consecutive holidays.
