We are looking for a site manager to assume the company’s technical representation before the client for turnkey housing projects. Their mission will be to control and supervise construction works, ensuring compliance with deadlines to achieve maximum benefit. Key responsibilities include: Managing all construction phases, from initial documentation to turnkey delivery. Requesting quotations from contractors. Procurement and supplier management. Execution planning. On-site team coordination. Maintaining smooth communication with the client and technical office. * Minimum 1 year of experience.
