Job Summary: LLINARSPORT is seeking an Aquatic Lifeguard to ensure the safety of users at its summer swimming pool, supervise the facilities, and attend to users' needs. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage customer incidents and requests **Description:** ---------------- LLINARSPORT is seeking an Aquatic Lifeguard residing in the comarca of Osona, specifically for the summer pool of the EAS Taradell club. This role is responsible for ensuring compliance with center regulations regarding the use of facilities and assigned equipment, as well as attending to and managing any member requests while continuously safeguarding user safety. Monitor the water surface of the summer pool, under specific criteria, while on lifeguard duty, promptly detecting and responding to any person experiencing difficulty or risk within the aquatic zone. Responsible for the proper use of facilities and equipment according to the entity's directives, advising users during working hours, and managing customer incidents and/or requests. **Contract:** Temporary: from June 21, 2026 to September 06, 2026 **Schedule:** Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays, from 11:00 to 20:00 **Category:** 3 (sectoral collective agreement) **Workload:** Approx. 45% **Requirements:** ----------------- **MANDATORY EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS:** * Aquatic Lifeguard Certification * Registration Certificate in the Catalan Government’s Sports Professions Registry (ROPEC) * Negative Certificate from the Sexual Offenses Registry **ADDITIONAL TRAINING AND OTHER SKILLS:** * Basic Life Support (BLS) and Semi-Automatic External Defibrillation (AED) courses. * Oral proficiency in Catalan and Spanish. * Outlook knowledge. **PREFERRED COMPETENCIES:** * Customer orientation * Passion for sports * Interpersonal skills * Attention to detail * Results orientation * Communication
