The kitchen assistant’s duties will involve rotating among various kitchen stations: cold section, fry station, grill station, and dishwashing area. This position entails working across different kitchen zones—including cold section, hot section, fry station, and others—while maintaining order and cleanliness at all times, ensuring recipes are correctly executed and dishes properly presented, and adhering to food safety regulations.
