Job Summary: We are seeking a production and maintenance specialist for veterinary pharmaceutical packaging, focused on operating machinery, ensuring quality, and applying continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities: 1. Operation and maintenance of pharmaceutical packaging line machinery 2. Application of continuous improvement methodologies (5S, QCO) 3. Active participation in preventive maintenance of machinery We are looking for a qualified candidate for a position in Les Franqueses del Vallès, focused on production and maintenance within the veterinary pharmaceutical packaging sector. Main tasks will include handling packaging line machinery, ensuring its proper operation and compliance with quality standards. The candidate will carry out operations following industrial safety regulations, using personal protective equipment and implementing machine lockout procedures. The role will also cover product packaging, performing necessary adjustments to maintain or even improve quality. Application of continuous improvement methodologies such as 5S and QCO—adapted to the line—is expected to optimize processes. Execution of the production plan will be critical, ensuring deliveries as scheduled and achieving efficiency targets. Format and product changeovers will be performed according to the production schedule, and active participation in preventive maintenance of machinery is required. Previous experience in packaging lines and operation of specific machinery—including format changeovers—is required. Strong capability to identify, analyze, and propose solutions to problems is essential. Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies, as well as ability to work both independently and as part of a team, demonstrating solid understanding of machinery safety, will be valued. Proven experience in packaging lines and specific machinery. Knowledge and application of Lean Manufacturing principles (5S, QCO). Analytical ability to resolve complex problems. Ability to work collaboratively and autonomously. In-depth knowledge of machinery safety (packaging lines, palletizers). Medium-level Vocational Training (FP) in Electromechanical Installation and Maintenance of Machinery. Knowledge in mechatronics and GMP. Minimum 2 years of experience.
