#### **Job Description**
Under the supervision of a professional, the selected candidate will join DISA GAS to apply their knowledge and acquire the skills and competencies necessary for their professional development. Main responsibilities:
• ️ Collaborate in managing the Coordination of Business Activities (CAE) for companies providing construction and service works, including document review, requirement control, and monitoring regulatory compliance in industrial and energy environments.
• ️ Support the configuration and administration of the CTAIMA CAE platform, incorporating safety requirements, mandatory documentation, company profiles, and validation workflows, in accordance with corporate standards.
• ️ Accompany site visits to gain practical knowledge of operations, existing risks, and the real-world application of preventive coordination in facilities and projects.
• Participate in communication with contractors and subcontractors, managing documentation, resolving incidents, and ensuring proper communication regarding safety and prevention matters.
• Collaborate in the review, validation, and follow-up of preventive documentation, including certificates, training records, personal protective equipment (PPE), procedures, authorizations, and any other documentation required for the activity.
• Support safety and prevention processes, collaborating in the implementation of requirements, verifications, and coordination with Occupational Risk Prevention (ORP) managers and other technical departments.
Internship Conditions:
️ Managing Entity: General Foundation of the University of La Laguna.
Profile: Recent graduate or having graduated less than 36 months ago.
Duration: 5 months + 5 months.
Working Hours: 30 hours per week (Monday to Friday, 08:00–14:00).
Economic allowance included.
