Job Summary: Production line operator responsible for operating machinery, monitoring workflow pace, ensuring product quality, and resolving incidents in a recycled cardboard manufacturing plant. This position focuses on full responsibility for a production line within a recycled cardboard factory located in Sant Esteve de Sesrovires. The selected candidate will operate specific machinery, supervising its performance to maintain the scheduled workflow pace and ensure products meet required quality standards. Daily tasks include making machine adjustments, executing format changes according to work orders, and resolving minor technical incidents to prevent production stoppages. In addition to operational duties, the role includes quality control responsibilities: periodically inspecting finished products, identifying defects, and applying appropriate corrective actions. Subsequently, the candidate will handle palletizing and labeling, preparing products for storage or shipment. Work takes place in a modern industrial environment where effort and teamwork are valued, fostering a supportive and continuously learning atmosphere. A structured 30-hour unpaid initial training program is provided to gain proficiency with plant machinery and processes. The contract is temporary and involves rotating shifts. We seek candidates capable of problem-solving, attentive to quality details, and willing to adapt to shift changes. Prior production experience—either in the cardboard industry or other industrial settings—is highly desirable. Minimum 1 year of experience as an operator in this sector or other sectors. Candidates must be committed, solution-oriented, and eager to learn and specialize in industrial machinery operation. Adaptability to rotating shifts and immediate availability are valued.
