If so, you’re in luck—we are currently seeking an INDUSTRIAL MAINTENANCE OPERATOR for one of our agri-food companies located in Mataró, Barcelona. Main responsibilities will include: * Performing preventive and corrective maintenance on company facilities and machinery. * Repairing electrical and mechanical failures (e.g., motor replacements, bearings, belts, etc.). * Commissioning slaughterhouse machinery and processing room equipment. * Assessing the condition of existing installations, such as machine wiring and connections. * Upgrading and sanitizing electrical, water, and air circuits using higher-quality, more durable materials. * Monitoring vacuum pump and boiler pressure. * Fabricating parts, supports, and/or bases to ensure optimal machine operation. * Renewing and repairing company lighting systems. * Interpreting electrical schematics. * Maintaining required order and cleanliness at the workplace. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Education: Higher Vocational Training Certificate (CFGS) in Electrotechnical Equipment and Installations, Mechanics, Electromechanics, Mechatronics, or equivalent. * Minimum one year of prior experience in a similar role. * Knowledge of production line wiring, electrical panel assembly, interpretation of electrical and mechanical drawings, and hydraulics. * Proficiency with office software (Microsoft Office suite). * Residence within the province where the vacancy is located. **OFFERED:** * An interesting position offering opportunities for professional development. * Ongoing on-the-job training. * Remuneration commensurate with candidate’s qualifications. * Schedule: Intensive shift (morning and afternoon) Quick Overview Vacancy ID: 618 Number of vacancies: 1 Department: MAINTENANCE \- TORR Work schedule: Full-time Publication start date: 29/5/26 Schedule: Rotating shifts This could be the beginning of your new professional chapter!
