Main responsibilities include detailed classification of all relevant documentation and information, as well as strict control of stock levels, ensuring appropriate inventory levels for daily operations. Additionally, the professional will be responsible for efficient order processing and accurate registration of received invoices. Other tasks inherent to the position will also be carried out to support the smooth administrative functioning of the organization. Working hours are full-time, with a weekly commitment of 40 hours, scheduled from Monday to Friday. The schedule follows a split-shift pattern, always respecting legally mandated breaks to ensure a healthy work-life balance. * Minimum one year of experience in a similar role. * We seek an organized, proactive person with a willingness to learn. * Proximity of residence to the workplace is desirable. * Office software proficiency.
