




Job Summary: We are seeking a mechanical-electronic professional to manage teams, diagnose faults, and advise customers, with a strong results-oriented mindset and leadership skills. We seek a professional with solid knowledge in mechanics and electronics, demonstrable through formal qualifications, for a position in Cáceres. Leadership ability will be highly valued, including the capacity to project authority positively and manage teams effectively. The selected candidate must have experience using workshop management software and exceptional ability to work under pressure while maintaining composure and efficiency. Interpreting electrical diagrams and schematics will be essential, along with a clear focus on achieving results and profitability. The daily routine will include using advanced diagnostic tools, as well as fluent and assertive communication with customers and suppliers. A valid driver’s license (category B) and personal vehicle are mandatory. Responsibilities will include detailed workload planning, rigorous monitoring of execution times, efficient management of spare parts logistics, and diagnosis of complex faults. Vehicle and equipment testing will be conducted; all workshop processes will be supervised; proper maintenance of facilities will be ensured; and waste management will be handled. Accurate estimates will be prepared, and expert technical advice will be provided to customers. A permanent full-time contract is offered, with working hours from Monday to Friday, 08:00–16:15, supplemented by one week every three weeks scheduled from 09:00–13:30 and 16:00–19:30, also Monday to Friday.
