Job Summary: We are seeking a Technical Architect or Building Engineer to collect data, prepare drawings, perform measurements and budgeting, and supervise construction works, managing subcontractors and controlling costs. Indefinite-term full-time employment contract. We are looking for a professional for the position of Technical Architect or Building Engineer in Cáceres. Main responsibilities will include data collection and creation of detailed drawings, as well as preparation of accurate measurements and budgets. The candidate will also be responsible for direct supervision of ongoing construction works, effectively managing subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring adherence to deadlines and rigorous cost control. A relevant academic qualification is required, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office, Presto, and AutoCAD. Prior experience is preferred, and a valid Class B driving license is required. An indefinite-term full-time employment contract is offered. Salary will be negotiated directly.
