Join us in pursuing solutions for a sustainable future.** UTE IDAM SANTA EULALIA SAN ANTONIO requires the incorporation of an instrumentation/electrical technician.**Job Description** The general responsibilities of this position are: Supervision and maintenance of instrumentation and control equipment, as well as medium- and low-voltage electrical installations. The specific responsibilities of this position are: Reporting directly to the Plant Manager, the following duties and responsibilities apply: * Comply with the facility’s hygiene and sanitation regulations, as well as occupational risk prevention policies. * Apply all necessary safety regulations for assigned tasks, including mandatory use of required personal protective equipment (PPE). * Perform technical, complex, and diverse tasks related to one’s field of expertise with a high degree of autonomy and initiative. * Monitor, coordinate, and carry out tasks assigned by the Plant Manager, following applicable specific procedures. * Adhere to manufacturer-recommended safety standards when performing interventions on machinery. * Ensure proper maintenance of assigned equipment and materials, in accordance with established guidelines and objectives. * Understand predictive maintenance principles for equipment and respond appropriately to any deviations from normal operation. * Carry out repairs of equipment, installations, and equipment under maintenance. * Coordinate, monitor, and execute corrective and preventive maintenance of flowmeters, pressure transmitters or other measuring instruments, electric and pneumatic actuators, frequency converters, UPS systems, rectifiers, remote control system devices, low-voltage electrical panels, and any other panels or equipment installed at the plant. * Coordinate, monitor, and supervise corrective and preventive maintenance of current transformers (CTs) and medium-voltage electrical installations through subcontractors. * Handle, safeguard, and maintain tools, spare parts, and auxiliary equipment used in maintenance activities. **Candidate Requirements** **TASK ALLOCATION** As a general guideline, time allocation for tasks is estimated as follows: 20% **predictive maintenance tasks**, 20% preventive maintenance tasks, and 60% corrective maintenance tasks carried out either on-site or in the electrical/mechanical workshop. **MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS****: Minimum professional experience in electricity and/or instrumental electronics is required. Intermediate or Advanced Vocational Training in Electrotechnical and Automated Systems or related specialties. Teamwork capability. Ability to organize work efficiently. Preferred qualifications: Professional experience in electricity, control, and instrumentation. Proficiency in using tools.
