Headquartered in Palma, we are committed to delivering exceptional technical expertise and tailored solutions to meet the unique needs of luxury yacht clients. **Job Description** This is a full-time, on-site position for an experienced Hydraulic Technician within the superyacht industry. The role involves installing, maintaining, diagnosing, and repairing complex hydraulic systems aboard luxury yachts. You will work with high-end marine hydraulic systems, consistently ensuring performance, reliability, and compliance with safety standards, while also supporting end-to-end project execution. **Daily Responsibilities** * Project management including installation, maintenance, and repair of hydraulic systems * Hydraulic installations (pumps, cylinders, hoses, and related components) * Diagnosis using hydraulic schematics and troubleshooting onboard superyacht systems **Essential Requirements** * Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role (hydraulic / marine / mechanical environment) * Fluent English and Spanish * Valid driver's license * Flexible working hours, including availability to work weekends when required * Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings and hydraulic schematics * Experience in diagnosing and troubleshooting hydraulic systems * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Commitment to safety and compliance with industry regulations \* Employment contract offered with holidays according to collective agreement. \* Salary negotiable based on engineering experience. \* If interested, please send your CV to: admin@superyachthydraulics.com **\*\* Please apply only if you meet all the above requirements. \*\*** Work Location: On-site employment
