TASKS• Collaborate with the kitchen team in raw material receiving, storage, thawing, temperature control, food handling, cleaning, and disinfection. • Carry out scheduled tasks related to dish preparation and presentation. • Perform periodic cleanings as established in the cleaning plan. • Handle food in compliance with current regulations. • Inspect and control kitchen equipment, reporting any incidents. ### **Requirements** REQUIREMENTS• Minimum 2 years’ experience in gastronomic hotels. • Experience in buffet service, specifically in preparing hot dishes. • Positive attitude, teamwork, initiative, results-oriented. • Good knowledge of HACCP management. ### **Offer** OFFERED• 40-hour weekly contract. • Job stability and competitive salary. • Immediate incorporation into a rapidly expanding chain, with the option of accommodation in a private room within a shared apartment.
