Description
Main responsibilities
Daily inventory control and system updates.
Supervision of proper goods receipt (physical receipt and system registration).
Coordination with the warehouse team to ensure all material movements are recorded.
Material validation prior to loading, ensuring alignment with orders and documentation.
Truck loading control, preventing incomplete or erroneous dispatches.
Incident detection and follow-up (shortages, unrecorded materials, order errors).
Coordination with purchasing to ensure availability of required materials.
Support to the billing department to ensure consistency between loaded and billed items.
Proposal and implementation of improvements in logistics and stock control processes.
What do you need to join our team?
Minimum 1\-2 years in a similar role within an industrial environment.
Experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or inventory control.
Proficiency in ERP or stock management systems; SAP is desirable.
Organized, methodical, and detail-oriented profile.
Salary: €16,475.28\-€26,813.33 per year
