At Kapsch, we are seeking a Maintenance Technician to join us to carry out maintenance, installation, and testing tasks for traffic light system components. Responsibilities: * Maintenance and installation of traffic control systems (traffic signal maintenance, cameras, speed measurement devices, vehicle access control bollards, etc. in Santiago de Compostela). * Provide support for other projects. Requirements: * Knowledge of analog and digital electronics: use of instrumentation, component assembly, and equipment repair. * Basic knowledge of wired and fiber-optic communications. * Knowledge of CCTV systems. * Experience in traffic signal installations. * Education in an electronic/electrical vocational training program (CGS). * Mandatory accredited PRL certification: TNB, electrical risk, working at heights, basket platform. * Mandatory Class C truck driving license. Desirable: * Certification in Occupational Risk Prevention for confined space work, as this will be required later. Working hours: Monday to Friday, on assigned shifts: morning shift (7:00–15:00), afternoon shift (15:00–23:00); four weeks on morning shift and two weeks on afternoon shift. On-call duties during afternoon-shift weeks: Saturday, Sunday, and public holidays.
