We look forward to meeting you! **Responsibilities:** ---------------------- * Prepare and cook menu dishes * Ensure proper dish presentation according to hotel standards * Plan and organize daily kitchen production * Monitor kitchen inventory and quality of received products * Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations * Other duties inherent to the position **Profile:** ----------- * Education: Vocational Training in Cooking or equivalent. Food Handler Certificate. * Prior experience: Minimum 2 years in a similar role. * Versatile individual capable of managing high-volume workloads and working effectively under pressure. **What We Offer:** --------------------- * Contract type: Fixed-term intermittent contract * Working hours: Full-time * Shift: Rotating
