Your main responsibility within the company will be to prepare, cook, and plate dishes from the gastronomic menu, ensuring attention to presentation details, following instructions provided by the Head Chef and Sous Chef, according to the previously agreed menu, and complying with established safety, hygiene, and environmental protection regulations. This vacancy is for our Insotel Punta Prima Resort \& Spa hotel in Menorca. Your main responsibilities will be: * Prepare assigned dishes under the guidance of your supervisor, the Station Chef. * Ensure excellent presentation of dishes. * Know and prepare standard recipes and ingredient lists (bill of materials) for all products to be produced in the kitchen department. * Inform the Station Chef about required ingredients. * Clean and organize your station. * Follow pre-agreed service instructions. * Other tasks inherent to the department.
