B2510091 **Number of vacancies:** **1** We're looking for a Microcomputer and Customer Service Technician to join the technical team of a public administration client in Vilassar de Mar. The selected individual will be responsible for maintaining, configuring, and supporting local IT equipment and systems, as well as addressing the technological issues and needs of internal users. The main objective is to ensure the operational continuity of the technological environment, offering a fast, responsive, and user\-oriented service. **Main functions** * Installation, configuration and maintenance of computer equipment (PCs, laptops, peripherals, printers, etc.). * Diagnosis and resolution of hardware and software issues in Windows, Linux, and Office 365 environments. * In\-person and remote technical support for users, ensuring efficient and friendly service. * Configuration of user accounts, email, network, VPN, and access permissions. * Maintenance and updating of equipment and license inventory. * Coordination with the systems team for the implementation of security policies and backups. * Collaboration in the implementation of new systems or technological updates. * Documentation of incidents and technical procedures for continuous improvement. **Profile requirements** * Training in Computer Science, Microcomputer Systems or similar. * Minimum 1\-2 years of experience in technical support or helpdesk. * Solid knowledge of: * Windows (10/11\) and Linux operating systems. * Office 365 suite, email and collaborative tools. * Basic networks (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Wi\-Fi). * Remote support and ticketing tools. * Ability to communicate clearly with non\-technical users. * Service\-oriented, proactive attitude and high responsibility. * Residence near Vilassar de Mar. **It will be valued** * Knowledge of basic server administration or Active Directory. * Technical certifications (CompTIA, Microsoft, ITIL, Cisco, etc.). * Experience in software deployment or task automation (scripts, PowerShell, bash). **Conditions** * Joining a dynamic and growing technological environment. * Hours: Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. (35 hours). * Salary of €18,650/B per year.
