This role is designed for someone who can deliver accurate controlling and M\&A support, while also shaping smarter and more efficient ways of working through modern tools. By bridging financial insight with process excellence, you will directly contribute to better decision\-making and operational agility. **Key activities** * Execute core controlling responsibilities, including reporting, analysis, and month\-end closing. * Support M\&A projects by structuring financial data, assisting with integration, and preparing high\-quality decision materials. * Design and maintain relational data models (e.g., Power Pivot) to enhance reporting consistency and scalability. * Develop automation solutions and lightweight applications (Power Apps, Power Automate) to optimize recurring finance processes. * Build dashboards and reports that transform complex financial data into actionable insights for management. * Continuously identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy within the controlling function. **Your profile** * Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. * 4–6 years of experience in financial controlling, FP\&A, or transaction\-related roles (M\&A exposure is an advantage). * Strong Excel and data modelling skills, with proven experience in relational models (Power Pivot or equivalent). * Practical experience with automation tools (VBA, Power Apps, Power Automate, or other low\-code platforms). * Solid understanding of finance processes, with the ability to translate business needs into streamlined solutions. * Strong analytical mindset, a structured working style, and excellent communication skills. **The offer** * Fixed salary 45,000 \- 50,000 * Variable Pay: 10\-15% * Hybrid: Flex 3 days office 2 days home office * Work schedulel: monday to thrusday 8:30 effective work (flex start time 8:00 \- 9:30 and minimum 30 minutes lunch) and fridays 7 hours.
