This role will be responsible for aligning business objectives with technology solutions, driving architectural standards, and supporting the organization's digital transformation initiatives. Key Responsibilities * Develop and maintain enterprise architecture frameworks, standards, and roadmaps. * Align technology strategies with business goals and operational requirements. * Evaluate and recommend technology solutions that support organizational growth and efficiency. * Collaborate with stakeholders across business and technical teams to ensure architectural consistency. * Lead architecture reviews and provide guidance on major technology initiatives. * Identify opportunities for process improvement, modernization, and innovation. * Ensure compliance with security, governance, and regulatory requirements. Qualifications * Proven experience in enterprise architecture, IT strategy, or related leadership roles. * Strong understanding of enterprise systems, cloud technologies, infrastructure, and application architecture. * Excellent analytical, problem\-solving, and communication skills. * Ability to work effectively with both technical and non\-technical stakeholders. * Experience managing complex technology initiatives and organizational change.
