About the role We are looking for an Architecture and Design Manager to lead VIVLA Studio as the creative, technical and standards hub of the company. This role exists to transform architecture and design into a scalable operating system, balancing a strong shared brand core with local identity, and positioning design as a driver of commercial differentiation and operational excellence. What you’ll do * Lead VIVLA Studio as the central hub for architecture, interior design and spatial standards across all markets. * Define, maintain and evolve the Brand \& Design Playbook as a living operating system, ensuring the right balance between a shared brand core and local identity. * Build and govern a scalable, modular inventory of architecture, interior design, FF\\\&E and OS\\\&E, designed for computational use and repeatability. * Design and activate a trusted external partner ecosystem, defining clear frameworks for participation, quality and execution. * Collaborate cross\-functionally with Acquisitions and Delivery to assess architectural potential, manage risks and ensure consistency between design, CAPEX and execution. * Position and embed architectural design as a commercial engine, a source of differentiation and a driver of operational excellence. What you’ll need * Senior experience in architecture, design and real estate, within multi\-asset or scaled environments. * Systems\-driven mindset, with hands\-on experience building standards, playbooks or repeatable design frameworks. * Proven ability to work with and lead external partners under a shared creative and operational standard. * Strong capability to operate between creative direction, operational structure and business objectives. * Deep understanding of architectural and interior design fundamentals, including space planning, materials, FF\\\&E and OS\\\&E. * Professional proficiency in English; Spanish is a strong plus. * Availability to travel occasionally to key markets and properties.
