The successful candidate will provide technical support to employees, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and help maintain the company's IT systems to ensure efficient day\-to\-day operations. Key Responsibilities * Provide first\-level technical support for hardware, software, and network\-related issues. * Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, mobile devices, and other IT equipment. * Diagnose and resolve technical problems in a timely and professional manner. * Assist with system updates, software installations, and routine maintenance. * Manage user accounts, passwords, and access permissions. * Document technical issues, resolutions, and support requests accurately. * Collaborate with internal teams to improve IT services and system performance. * Ensure compliance with company IT security policies and data protection standards. Requirements * Diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. * Previous experience in technical support, IT help desk, or a similar role is preferred. * Knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office, and basic networking concepts. * Strong troubleshooting and problem\-solving abilities. * Excellent communication and customer service skills. * Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a team environment. * Fluency in Spanish is required; basic English skills are an advantage.
