The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the organization's IT infrastructure, providing technical support, and ensuring the efficient operation of computer systems, networks, and hardware. Responsibilities * Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and operating systems. * Monitor and maintain network infrastructure and system performance. * Provide technical support to employees and resolve hardware and software issues. * Perform routine system maintenance, updates, and security checks. * Troubleshoot network connectivity and system\-related problems. * Manage user accounts, permissions, and backups. * Assist with IT projects, equipment installations, and system upgrades. * Document technical procedures and maintain accurate IT records. Requirements * Previous experience as a Systems Technician, IT Support Technician, or similar role. * Knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems. * Experience with networking concepts, TCP/IP, routers, and switches. * Familiarity with Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and virtualization technologies is an advantage. * Strong troubleshooting and problem\-solving skills. * Good communication and customer service abilities. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Relevant IT certifications are considered a plus.
