The successful candidate will provide technical support to employees, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and help maintain the company's IT infrastructure to ensure smooth daily operations. Key Responsibilities * Provide first\-line technical support for hardware, software, and network issues. * Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, and other IT equipment. * Diagnose and resolve technical problems in a timely manner. * Manage user accounts, passwords, and system access. * Perform system updates, backups, and routine maintenance. * Document technical issues and maintain accurate support records. * Assist with IT projects and technology upgrades. * Ensure compliance with company IT security policies. Requirements * Diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. * Previous experience in IT support or a help desk role is preferred. * Knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office, and basic networking. * Strong troubleshooting and problem\-solving skills. * Excellent communication and customer service abilities. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Spanish language proficiency is required.
