Key Responsibilities * Source, evaluate, and contract tourism suppliers throughout Spain • Negotiate rates, allotments, payment terms, cancellation policies, and added\-value benefits • Maintain strong supplier relationships • Conduct market analysis and competitor benchmarking • Review and renew supplier agreements • Monitor supplier performance and service quality • Support Product and Operations departments • Attend trade fairs, workshops, and supplier meetings • Prepare contracting and market intelligence reports Qualifications \& Experience * Minimum 10 years of relevant experience • Strong supplier network throughout Spain • Excellent commercial negotiation skills • Strong analytical and reporting capabilities KPIs * Number of contracted suppliers • Average savings achieved through negotiations • Supplier retention rate • Product coverage across Spain • Supplier performance scores Sueldo: 1\.200,00€\-2\.000,00€ al mes Ubicación del trabajo: Empleo presencial
