The successful candidate will play a key role in analyzing financial data, preparing reports, supporting strategic decision\-making, and helping improve the company's financial performance. Key Responsibilities * Analyze financial data and prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports. * Develop financial models, forecasts, and budgets. * Monitor business performance and identify financial trends and opportunities. * Conduct variance analysis and provide recommendations to management. * Support investment planning, cost control, and profitability analysis. * Collaborate with accounting and other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting. * Prepare presentations and reports for senior management. * Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable financial regulations. Requirements * Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. * Previous experience as a Financial Analyst or in a similar finance role is preferred. * Strong knowledge of financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting. * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools. * Excellent analytical, problem\-solving, and organizational skills. * Strong communication and presentation abilities. * Spanish language proficiency is required; English proficiency is an advantage.
