As part of our team, you’ll play a key role in ensuring that all personal data belonging to our customers and employees is secure and protected, in compliance with relevant policies and regulations (GDPR). We carry out risk assessments to identify and mitigate data protection risks, monitor data transfers, record and track personal data breaches, and add value to the business by ensuring the highest level of privacy and data protection in its contracts and process flows. Operating in an Agile environment, our mission is simple yet bold: "Protecting the personal data of our customers and employees, complying with policy and regulations (GDPR)” **Your key responsibilities:** As a Data Protection Epert in the DPE Office Team you will: 1\. Ensure compliance with and implementation of Privacy related regulations at the bank. 2\. Conduct Data Protection related Risk Assessments, for which we work with the business owners to carry out DPIAs (Data Protection Impact Assessments), TIAs (Transfer Impact Assessments), LIAs (Legitimate Interest Assessment), and record the processing activities in the RoPA (Register of Processing Activities). 3\. Document and manage personal data breaches. 4\. Ensure compliance with the Retention \& Deletion policy within the bank. 5\. Monitor third parties, ensuring compliance with these data protection policies by the suppliers we work with. 6\. Design and implement Privacy related Training and Awareness programs across the organization. 7\. Act as a trusted advisor to business units and IT teams, providing guidance on privacy requirements in new products, services, and processes. 8\. At least 2 years of e* perience in Data Protection areas. * Eagerness to learn and adapt in a dynamic setting. * Responsibility, decisiveness, and a commitment to quality. Realizar evaluaciones de riesgos relacionadas con la Protección de Datos, trabajando con las personas responsables del negocio para llevar a cabo **DPIAs (Data Protection Impact Assessments)**, **TIAs (Transfer Impact Assessments)**, **LIAs (Legitimate Interest Assessment)**, y registrar las actividades de tratamiento en el **RoPA (Register of Processing Activities)**. Documentar y gestionar brechas de datos personales. Garantizar el cumplimiento de la política de **Retención \& Deletion** dentro del banco. Monitorizar a terceros, asegurando el cumplimiento de estas políticas de protección de datos por parte de los proveedores con los que trabajamos. Diseñar e implementar programas de formación y concienciación relacionados con la Privacidad en toda la organización. Actuar como persona asesora de confianza para las unidades de negocio y equipos de IT, proporcionando orientación sobre requisitos de privacidad en nuevos productos, servicios y procesos.
