The successful candidate will provide financial guidance to clients, develop personalized financial plans, and help individuals and businesses achieve their financial goals through professional advice and strategic planning. Key Responsibilities * Meet with clients to assess their financial needs and objectives. * Develop personalized financial plans, including savings, investment, and retirement strategies. * Provide advice on financial products and services based on client needs. * Monitor clients' financial progress and recommend adjustments when necessary. * Prepare financial reports and presentations for clients. * Stay informed about market trends, financial regulations, and economic developments. * Build and maintain strong, long\-term client relationships. * Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable financial regulations. Requirements * Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. * Previous experience as a Financial Advisor or in a similar financial services role is preferred. * Strong understanding of financial planning, investments, and wealth management. * Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills. * Ability to build trust and maintain strong client relationships. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and financial planning software. * Fluency in Spanish is required; English proficiency is an advantage.
