You can also submit your equivalence declaration application, undertaking to submit the official equivalence declaration within 3 years. (Non\-compliance will lead to termination of your employment contract, in accordance with Article 49b of Spanish Royal Decree 2/2015 of 23 October, approving the revised text of the Workers' Statute.)
