Reference ID **JR120218** Company Name **Rhenus Logistics S.A.U.** Location **Valencia**Job Category **Freight Services**Business Unit **Road Freight**Contact Person **Núria De La Rubia****JOB DESCRIPTION** ------------------- **WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT** ----------------------- 1\-Planificar y coordinar las rutas de transporte para maximizar la eficiencia y minimizar los costos. 2\- Supervisar la programación y asignación de vehículos y conductores. 3\- Monitorear los indicadores del transporte y realizar ajustes según sea necesario. 4\- Implementar y mantener sistemas de gestión de transporte (TMS). 5\- Negociar contratos y tarifas con proveedores de servicios de transporte. 6\- Mantener relaciones sólidas con transportistas y proveedores logísticos. 7\- Evaluar el desempeño de los proveedores y tomar medidas correctivas cuando sea necesario. 8\- Asegurar el cumplimiento de las regulaciones de transporte y las políticas de seguridad. 9\- Mantener registros precisos de todas las actividades de transporte y logística. 10\- Gestionar y resolver incidencias relacionadas con el transporte de mercancías. 11\- Analizar datos de transporte y generar informes sobre el desempeño y los costos. 12\- Identificar tendencias y oportunidades de mejora en las operaciones de transporte. 13\- Preparar informes periódicos para la Dirección sobre el estado de las operaciones logísticas. 14\- Participar en licitaciones de transporte estratégicas para la Delegación. **WHAT YOU BRING** ------------------ * Experiencia probada como Responsable/Coordinador(a) de tráfico o almacén o cargos similares. * Se recomienda experiencia en transporte y logística o comercio (nacional / internacional). * Conocimiento profundo de los procesos y sistemas de gestión de transporte. * Conocimiento práctico de herramientas de software de gestión de transporte (TMS). * Buenas habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita. * Organización y liderazgo. * Capacidad para trabajar bajo presión y resolver problemas de manera eficiente.
