* REQ\-10119694 * 12/08/2026 * Security Threat Analysis * Madrid, Spain * ING Bank **At ING we are looking for Security Analyst** **Your role and work environment:** We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic **Security Analyst** to join our **Attack Surface Management** Team of **Cyber Operations at CISO** The responsibility of this team is to execute pentest exercises and provide threat and vulnerability analysis and our way of working is hybrid **Your key responsibilities:** As a Security Analyst you will: * Conduct penetration testing on systems, applications, and networks to identify exploitable vulnerabilities and recommend mitigation strategies. * Perform vulnerability assessments using both automated tools and manual techniques, producing detailed reports with prioritised risk findings. * Develop and maintain threat models to anticipate potential attack vectors and strengthen the organisation’s security posture. * Collaborate with solution architects to ensure security is embedded into product designs from the early stages. * Participate in risk assessment activities, providing technical input to evaluate impact and likelihood of potential threats. * Offer expert consultancy on offensive and defensive security practices to enhance the resilience of IT environments. **What are we looking for?** * A role model of our Orange Code behaviors with strong organizational sensitivity; ability to understand and take into account the underlying issues, opportunities and dynamics of the organization. * Focus on delivery through collaboration, ability to bring people together to work towards the same purpose.
